Stabat Mater Festival – GIRONA OLD MUSIC Concert

It is an association dedicated to the dissemination of the existing scores in the archive of the Cathedral of Girona from the 15th and 15th centuries through concerts and the publication of CDs.

They are the result of the genius of the different masters of the cathedral’s music chapel, composed both for the liturgical ceremonies – with Latin texts – and for the paraliturgical celebrations in the usual languages, both in Spanish and Catalan.

In this concert we will be offered works by Josep Gaz, Manuel Gónima, Francesn Juncà and Giovanni Pergolesi.
