Shared Symbols II: The Round Trip

Once again we have the opportunity to visit the Monastery of Sant Pere de Galligants and the Cathedral at the hands of the director of the Cathedral museum, Joan Piña.

In classical mythology there are several characters who were able to go down to hell or Hades and return, either alive or through death and subsequent resurrection. Within Christianity this journey also exists. What are the similarities and differences between the two beliefs? Let’s again put the religion of the classical past side by side with Christianity to see elements in common that have endured. Welcome!
